Been using Chameleon since 2017, excellent ATS system but what sets them apart is the customer support. They are always on hand to give useful advice and sort out issues. They are also very receptive to making changes for the better investment for their customers. Would definitely recommend

We have used Chameleoni since 2012 and have grown with the database. I have found them to be extremely helpful and their databse is easy to use. As we have grown as a company, we have needed to change parts of our requirements of the database to adapt to a forever changing market and there is never a task they cannot help with. Last week i needed to implement quite a few changes and dealt with Noemi, she was helpful and friendly and added the changes within an hour. I would highly recommend Chameleoni.

Not happy as we cannot even get a demo sorted. Waited over a week just for a response back to book in a demo and even that was slow with the responses, a demo was booked for another 2 weeks time and 10 mininutes before our session it was delayed for another few days! Whenever we called they were too busy to talk and when we did speak to them about this they didnt seem to bothered so not a company i wish to engage with and a potential new customer lost. Website states they book to our convenience and it was a hassle and time wasted that we just did not have.
