        An absolute must for me. This care Planning system is so easy to use yet so detailed and covers every base imaginable. For me as a Registered Manager the oversight and reporting tools are invaluable in both maintaining compliance and monitoring the quality of the care our people are receiving.

        We use PCS care planning for all our care needs. They are brilliant. Carers all have phone type hand sets to record all care and the managers can access lots of useful information on the desk top like reports, charts, care plans and daily information. Very handy if a healthcare professional or relative phones for information. Tech team always available to answer queries. It has save so much time. Would totally recommend to anyone thinking about changing to a digital system.
