        My husband and I just want say thank you for the amazing service you gave us. We were in a very distressed state after the fiasco from another company who let us down with an order after waiting 6 months. Matthew and the company went above and beyond to help us hit a critical deadline for the sofa bed. You show just what good customer care and service is truly all about. Many thanks from these grateful and very happy customers who love our sofa bed.

        I ordered a foot rest 3 months ago (5th Aug 2022) with Cocoon (not a showroom though but online) 1. It took over 2 months to deliver original foot rest (Lead time on website = 28 days) 2. Foot rest was delivered on 17th Oct but completely incorrect. Wrong colour / style and height to what was ordered. 3. Re-delivery planned Sunday 6th Nov, never showed up Very disappointing service.
