I arrived at a dirty, messy apartment which was in the condition that the previous residents left it. No towels, to clean linen, no linen on the sofa for our 3rd guest, not even hand soap!!! The best part is when I was left with 10% phone battery and I plugged in my phone and found out that there was not EVEN POWER in that apartment!!! All my attempts for contacting the 'owners' were unsuccessful' since the phone numbers provided seem to be invalid!! I was so upset, and after 2 hours of negotiations with booking.com I managed to cancel my booking and get a full refund. How on earth this thing gets a 7.1/10 rating on Booking.com??????? And what if I wasn't able to find a nearby accommodation???

I've never been so disappointed with an apartment stay before. Do not stay here! This has potential to be a beautiful apartment and probably once was, but it seems asthough it's been left, and I'd hate for someone to experience what we have. Short version: We turned up and the apartment hadn't been cleaned from the last guests. The bedding hadn't been changed and the towels were unwashed. There was nothing cleaned whatsoever. We couldn't get hold of the owners at all and still haven't had any contact with them. Detailed version: There were 5 adults and a 1 year old baby in our party. We turned up, and the flat hadn't been cleaned. This included dirty sheets and towels, bins that hadn't been taken out, hair in the bath, toast crumbs on the unit and table and dirty toilets. We were staying here for my graduation, and our celebrations were ruined. We paid 450 for 2 nights and we had to sleep in our clothes on a mattress without any bedding while we attempted to wash them. My 82 year old nanny slept on the sofa without a pillow or blanket. We dried ourselves on our t-shirts! We found a lanyard from the previous guest which had a date of a conference they attended 2 weeks before we checked in. This person had left a review in the same name, so we knew it was them and meant the property was left for 2 weeks without being cleaned (including the bins). It's such a shame, as this should have been a stay we remembered for the right reasons, but I am so disappointed with whoever runs this apartment. You could have had a good business here, but the way you have treated your costumers is disgraceful, I just hope no one else has to experience what we did. Can you imagine paying 450 to sleep I'm someone else's dirty sheets and dry yourself with used towels? Absolutely appalling service. Not mention we have been in a pandemic for the last 2 years!

This was the worst experience I have ever had for an overnight stay. We arrived, and the apartment was not clean. When I say not clean I mean the bedding, towels, toast on the side, full bins, hair in the shower (I could go on...) was left from the last guests. Looking into this further we found a lanyard from the last guest, thier visit was 2 weeks before We tried to call Alex to get the apartment cleaned and the issues resolved but there was no answer, and we called a lot. This completely ruined our stay, which was for a graduation ceremony. The memory of this will always be tarnished. In the end, after 5-6 on the phone to Booking.com we got a full refund. When they saw the photos, and heard what we experienced how could we not be granted all our money back! Hopefully this apartment will be removed from Booking.com, and Alex (plus other so called 'property entrepreneurs') get a reality check. You shouldn't be renting out property, you obviously cannot run a bath, never mind a property business!
