First time, the sub wasnt even wrapped properly.
Second time, thought Id give it another chance. I tried to use a voucher which was posted through my letterbox. The staff member refused to accept it because I didnt have the subway app.
All other vouchers that came through the door were used at other Subway franchises without the online app. Makes no sense.
