I can definitely recommend the Amp Hospital. Stan's been incredible with diagnosing and following up on an issue with my Suhr Badger 18 amp. So much so that I had an email from Suhr after they've been contacted by Stan, in which they commended his thorougness at identifying and describing the problem, which lead to Suhr covering the repair under warranty. Amp sounds better than new.

I love these guys. They are all so incredibly unbelievably awesome. And I am sooo sorry if I ever gave the impression that I told them not to carry out work on my speaker and then they went ahead and did the work anyway.

About the worst customer service I've ever experienced. The amp hospital charged me to replace a socket on my Nord piano. Once returned to me, when I tested it the mod wheel and pitch bend weren't working. The amp hospital said if I sent it back to them for repair they would charge me, as it was nothing to do with what they had done. I sent it to Nord (Sound technology) and they found a ribbon cable half detached on the board removed by the amp hospital. They re-attached it and it fixed the fault. They charged me less than half what the amp hospital charged and included shipping back to me. The amp hospital still refused to accept liability and refused to re-imburse me for the repair. Beware!!!
