Wow - just wow! What a great team :) with special thanks to Sharon! I applied for a really exciting role, and very quickly the agency reached out to chat to me about the role. Then, I was asked to have a teams call with the specialist looking after the role I had applied for. Then before I knew it, I had a secured F2F interview with the company, then within a couple of hours of getting home, I received a phone call to confirm I had been offered the role!! So after just over a week from application, I now have a brilliant new JOB! What a great team. They clearly match candidates with the right roles from the 'get go', enabling perfect connections with the candidate and the employer. Thank you Emily & Claire! I was made redundant in January a week after moving from Essex to Surrey. I was really worried about finding something that would suit my job requirements and thought I would really struggle as I didn't know the area or any companies within it. They were so supportive and got me multiple interviews, put me forward to potential employers in the best light possible, negotiated salarys for me and helped me through the stressful job hunting journey. Ive never had a positive experience with a recruitment agency but The Recruitment Consultancy has been extremely helpful, communicative, friendly and efficient. I am very grateful for their help with getting an amazing new job.

I cant praise this company enough. They were absolutely amazing. Being an older candidate I wasn't sure if I was going to get another role easily, although I had a lot of skills. I had lost my confidence and been in my previous role 10 years. They made me feel it wasn't going to be an issue, and it wasn't. They were honest, up front and supportive and I cant thank them enough. I love my new role and its the best thing I ever did. I have a great work life balance now and the role is a dream. Thank you to Lin and Emily and all the others that helped me. I would highly recommend.
