I had a really good experience with Eleanor in Guildford. She was extremely quick to respond and personally answered all of my questions and walked me through the administration process. She explained all the steps very clearly and I felt supported throughout, with clear tasks that were outlined and a list of all the vacancies that apply to me in the area. I felt that I knew where I was in the process and the schools I was applying to were always promptly contacted on my behalf about my availabilities for interviews and any questions that I had. Academics (in particular Ben) have been fantastic with helping me find a permanent role after graduating from university.
