Claire Newman at Bluetree Recruits really listens to the candidate, finding out what theyre looking for and matches them to the role, sending job descriptions that are a good fit for experience, skills and requirements. She guides her candidates through the recruitment processes, offering advice along the way and I have confidence in knowing that she will position me in the best light. She builds up a good rapport with candidates and recruiters alike. I have personally had multiple successes in securing new roles through her and have recommended her to old and new colleagues. She is definitely my first go to for recruitment both if Im looking for a new role, or looking to hire someone. I would recommend anytime.
