Living by Scape

"Living by Scape is trully a home for anyone who is far away from theirs." I lived in the building for a year and a half and how lucky was I to find a place like this one when moving from another country for the first time. The building itself is wonderful, stunning decor, the perfect amount of social places and private areas, the studios are really well thought out (lot's of storage even in the smaller ones), the cinema room is really confy, the library is really quiet and ideal to work or read and the fitness studio is the perfect place for any work-out. But above all those wonderful things, the trully highlight of the building is in all honesty the amazing staff. Every single staff member from Living is the nicest human being you will meet and they will do their best to make you feel at home! From the lovely cleaning ladies to the 24/7 receptionists, they will all go above and beyond to make sure you are having the best time of your life while feeling safe, welcome and at home. I'm sure you will enjoy Living by Scape as much as I did and you'll want to stay forever (PS. If you end up in studio 211, please treat it well, that's the best studio ever! Eheh)

Excellent stay. It would not be too much to call this place flawless. All the staff is very friendly and helpful. The place is extremely well maintained and sparkling clean. Interior of the whole property is very appealing. Good community overall so I felt very comfortable despite of being an introvert. Perfect location, everything is nearby and in walking distance. Studios are very nice, airy, bright and spacious. Other things I liked are as follows: 1. Free room cleaning for once in every two weeks. 2. Free bakery items and drinks (juices, beer, soft drinks etc) everyday. 3. Personal balcony for all the studios on the top floor. 4. Short term contracts are provided and are very flexible with extending contracts. Few suggestions: 1. May be install stronger heating (resp. air conditioning) as top floor studios get extremely cold (resp. hot). 2. TVs in the studios would be nice. I would definitely stay here again if I get to move to Guilford in future. Highly recommended!

Great 1st flat parking v expensive at 200 per month. Ideally situated for university of law and Surrey university. Good communal area
