I dont even know where to begin with Emad and his team, 5 stars isnt enough! I recently purchased what I thought was a dream property and within weeks of owning it I discovered multiple leaks and issues turning it into what was becoming an awful unliveable nightmare. From the moment I called Emad he was professional, knowledgable and made me feel assured. I was able to leave him and his team to find and rectify all of the problems, whilst keeping me up to date constantly with details images and updates with no stress whilst I was unable to live in the property and travelling with work. He has completed the work to the most incredible standard and also in such a timely manner. No problem has been too big and he always has a solution managing to keep me calm and laugh in the most stressful situations. Emad I honestly have no idea what I would have done without you so thank you so so much - I now really do have my dream flat!
