KSS CRC, Guildford Probation

Need training on responding to emails and receptionists are useless no accountability nor will give names at reception. Utterly useless.

5 probation officers I've had over just one year, not one single one have I spoken to more than once , I am beyond irritated with how often promised appointments are made and not met ! I have now been asked to extend my probation as they dont have enough staff or time to prioritise my unpaid work even though my probation terminated 2 months ago . Where do I find an email to put a formal complaint too?

Been trying to sort out my son's probation and have called and called time and time again just for it to ring then hang up , what can I do as it falls back on my son if he cannot sort out his probation?

On a suspended sentence and broke my phone causing me to get a final notice in the post which that alone is unfair and to top it off I ring to sort it out and don't get any answer been calling for 2 days in a row please answer your phones this is peoples lives your playing with!!
