        Just terrible. 30 minute wait is standard. Understaffed. Staff clearly unhappy which translates as surly and grim.

        Very helpful staff! Well equipped, spacious! Staff there is very friendly and helpful, I went to send my driving license and one of the staff members ( Nick ) was very kind and helpful, he had even corrected some of my mistakes on the form and put a note to the sender reminding its my BRP in there! Nicest post office staff member Ive ever met! Dont understand where is this bad reviews comes from.

        Just went in today.....There was a long queue however there was a 5ft 4 inch beautiful lady who invited me and did a great job..she knew hindi, english very well,nepali,spanish and she was a wonderful person...

        Inadequate staffing levels mean that this office has a high churn rate and those that battle on are tired and burned out. Utterly disgraceful that a company should exploit its staff like this.
