Merrow Post Office

Fantastic shop and post office with wonderful helpful staff. Huge shame that Morrisons has decided to close it. Big loss to the community it serves.

I use post offices regularly as I own an online shop that sends out multiple parcels weekly. This has to be quite possibly the worst post office I have ever had the misfortune of using. The service is incredibly slow and they litrally have no idea what they are doing. I use the click and drop service and all they have to do is scan the barcode and and put it in a postal bag. Twice now they have said they are not sure if they can accept a parcel I'm dropping off, I asked why and it has message on their computer saying "check if I have paid the right postage" which I have and ive litrally had to explain their own system to them which is frankly disgraceful. It seems they can't even read what the computer is telling them to do. Also if you enjoying waiting in a queue for 20 minutes at a time this is the place for you.
