We asked Kevin to inspect a faulty shower only giving luke warm water. He turned up and after a hasty assessment said we needed a new pump which I ordered for the cost of 420.
When it arrived Kevin came to fit it only for it to not be the issue at all and since it had been fitted I could not be returned. I was then told it was the button that was broken, so again I ordered this for 120 and he came back to fit. However this also did not fix the problem but worse still he broke the electrics behind the button so now no water at all!
So I'm now down 600, a shower worse than i started with and Kevin won't answer any of my calls or messages. This man does not have a clue what he is doing and should not be trusted in your home.
