        At short notice I needed a platform for an engineer to fix my boiler. Scott was an absolute star, showed me the platform, helped me with no fuss and arranged immediate delivery. Dave arrived with it and carefully set it up in a small utility room. The FTH Hire Group staff are an example of exemplary customer support and I am hugely grateful.

        First time using FTH and they have proven themselves genuine and attentive. After calling yesterday to book a masonry saw that we were told had been reserved, one of our team dropped in this morning to open the account, put down the fairly large deposit and collect the masonry saw; only to find it had been taken by another staff member. This left us completely unable to continue on the job we had started. That being said, FTH went out of their way to source, collect and deliver another one for us by the end of the day. Something most companies would never bother doing, problem now resolved and a new contact saved in the books. The saws in good condition and we are now back on track. Thankyou FTH
