Very helpful phone call with a very patient and knowledgeable member of staff. I could swap any non-meat topping (including cheese) for any other non-meat topping. The base was very good too.
I'd given up on pizza, as gluten, dairy & onion tends to be quite unavoidable in pizza, most gf bases are burnt biscuits and telling staff about gf causes a right fanfare, it's not been worth it but after a quick phone call after a work lunch was planned, I felt much better and had a great experience.
Dietary restrictions: Gluten free, low dairy, more fodmap.
