Cannot recommend highly enough! Sarah is a fantastic physiotherapist - she identified the root cause of an issue I have had for years and other physiotherapy sessions had failed to address. She's passionate about her work and super nice, really listening to you and paying attention, so each session is individually tailored to get the best possible results. Vicky on the admin team is always friendly and helpful - it's been such a great overall experience. Very happy to have found Bodymechanics. A big thank you to the team!

I wholeheartedly recommend the pilates classes offered at Bodymechanics. Helena is a lovely lady and a fantastic teacher who will tailor the class to your ability and any issues you may have. Her instructions are very clear and easy to follow. The value for money is exceptional for the class size and individual attention you receive. I noticed progress in my strength and flexibility within only five sessions. I will 100% be back if I return to Guildford!
