        Hit and miss service. No response to phone - rings and rings then cuts off. Trying to avoid unnecessary trip to pick up prescriptions only to find its not ready. Also missed off repeat prescription in the past, without apology. Appreciate they are busy but they really need to address and priortise customer experience, as this reflects badly on the Boots brand.

        This pharmacy never seems to be open. It's stopped opening on a Saturday and doesn't answe the phone after 3pm.

        This Boots branch used to be brilliant. I've taken 2 stars away due to my prescription not being ready on time, bad communication and customer service
