        You never know what you are going to get when you call. Now and again you get someone who is helpful but today I got someone who shouldn't be doing this job that she obviously doesn't like. She was rude and abrasive and cut me off without even a goodbye. How do people like this even get the job in the first place. Some customer comes first lessons should be applied.

        Weird experience there today as filling out my prescription seemed like a huge inconvenience with loads of huffing and puffing, woman with red hair got very annoyed when I said Id been waiting a while. Her computer keyboard took a bit of a hammering looking up my details and confirming I wasnt making it all up. Very odd.
