        Absolutely amazing. My dog (who can be very nervous) had a bath, brush and blow dry. She came out looking incredible and she was very relaxed. She had been groomed at a different branch before we moved and I was worried how she would cope. She was also overdue so was looking quite tatty when she went in. The staff member was brilliant with her, and also the PAH staff as the lift was broken, dog can't do stairs so they carried her up for me (she's Collie size and not light). Highly recommend

        Did a great job with our little first time nervous vistor (Cocker Spaniel Pup). Only reason not 5 stars due to the Pets at Home VIP club app not working on the day, to get our 50% discount.

        The grooming was good, Im happy with the way my dog looks except the way he was treated. Stuart did not handle my dog with any care and manhandled him even when he was visibly scared of him due to his mistreatment. I spoke to Stuart about the way I saw my dog treated and was met with unacceptable attitude and wouldnt apologise. I requested Sophie specifically as she was so caring around my dog previously however was given Stuart unbeknown to me. Please be aware of Stuart when booking your appointment!
