        We took Hamish, our 9 month English Springer, to see Alex for his first groom (we only got him 2 months before that). He was definitely in need and it was his first experience. Alex was very professional, explaining the whole process on the 'phone before we booked in and arrived. Alex did an amazing job, hand-stripping his coat and generally expertly tidying our very hairy dog! We have had lots of comments since saying how healthy his coat looks. Hamish seemed calm and happy when we collected him and I would thoroughly recommend Alex.

        Our puppy has been going to Alex from when he was about 15 weeks to get him used to grooming and recently had his big boy groom at 8 months old. It was a great way for us to build up to our puppy's first groom. Alex is professional and experienced. He's knowledgeable about dog grooming and did a wonderful job for our puppy's first big boy groom.
