Michael came out and looked at the area and confirmed that it was bats and how to resolve the issue to prevent them getting into the property. He then checked the garden for rat and mice activity and advised on the areas of concern and how to resolve the issue. All of that without charging due to it being a first visit. Mark was amazing called him and he managed to come next day to inspect the problem. I have rats that are coming from the joining house. He inspected the house fully and discussed with me all the options and what can be done now and in future. As well gave me amazing advices. Will definitely recommend and call again. Messaged Mark on a Sunday evening after discovering a wasps nest in my houses wall cavity. He responded to me very quickly and set to come round the following day.
