I have been following Ollies online coaching program for a couple of months now and I am really happy with my progression. I have always been sceptical of online coaching and pre made programs you can follow from Apps on your phone, however, this is completely different. Ollie really listens to what you want to achieve and if you have any issues with particular movements he amends the sessions. I have always had issues with my knees through running and playing football but Ollie has managed this with exercises that dont put to much stress on my knees and has built up the exercises so I am now able to squat pain free and they feel stronger than ever. The sessions are varied with different types of exercises which makes going to the gym a lot more fun than just doing the same exercises over and over again. I cannot recommend this service enough!

Ive never really known what to do at the gym and Ive never really felt comfortable going or seen results because of that. Ive always worried about form, never really understood how many reps/sets to do or when to increase weight, etc. I started training with Ollie as I wanted to get stronger and tone up and within a couple of months Ive noticed such a difference already. Ollie is so knowledgeable and and puts together a programme on an app that is really easy to use and track your progress which you stick to for a few weeks before he changes it up. Ollie goes through each exercise, explaining how to get the best out of them, prevent injury, etc., and if I ever need some guidance he is always really quick to respond. I am actually loving putting my headphones in and going to the gym now and Im also loving the results - I am getting so much stronger and Im building muscle everywhere that I wanted to. Great professional. Ollie helped me with a shoulder problem. His massage technique is good and he is knowledgeable, explaining at all times what needed doing and why. He also recommended stretches and exercises that I could do on my own time to improve my shoulder strength and avoid further pain. Very complete. Strongly recommend. Thanks Ollie!
