        Ive been seeing James for 6 months now. He creates such a positive and supportive environment, and is keen to vary our routines to keep things interesting and adapt to my goals. I feel like a different person mentally and physically, and couldnt have done it without him.

        I could not be happier with such a great and personal service from James, each session (at the moment via Skype only) is tailored to my needs and abilities. He keeps my motivation up and is always willing to skip the exercise I necessarily do not like...or alter the ones I am not that good at ....he keeps on saying though...practice makes perfect?! HIGHLY RECOMMEND JAMES and his GYM!

He's very professional and and caters to your needs. He has a great selection of gym equipment available and makes custom workouts to help you work on certain areas! 10/10 would recommend.
