To borrow a phrase from Tina Turner, Harry is simply the best. For many years, I have benefitted from Harrys expertise and gained in strength, confidence and the ability to achieve more than I would have thought that I could ever do by myself. He is extremely committed and knowledgeable in all aspects of his work, enabling him to provide genuinely individual exercise programs, and nutritional advice for his clients, who are very varied in age, ability and aims. With Harry , one size does not fit all. What sets Harry apart from many other personal trainers is his warm, friendly and engaging personality. You wont be shouted at, ridiculed or made to feel inadequate. Harry will encourage you with endless positivity, genuine praise and good humour, always gently pushing you that little bit more to lift a heavier weight, hold a balance for longer or do just one more set!

Ive been training with Harry for 3 years & his guidance, expertise & exercise plans have helped me take significant strides in terms of my fitness, flexibility & confidence. As a tall man I had always been wary of specific free weight exercises for fear of hurting my back through poor technique, but Harry helped me build my core strength & form over time so that Im now proficient & effective. I would highly recommend his support & service.

I have been training with Harry for around 4 years and he is hands down the best PT around. As he is still an active athlete himself, he knows how to coach a wide variety of people and design programs to fit everyone's ability and push you comfortably beyond your limits, so you are constantly progressing. As someone who was involved in sport at a high level in my 20's, I have been paying the price the last few years with many injuries from my former sporting days. Harry's knowledge of body mechanics is second to none, always focusing on form, technique and mobility rather than beasting you or forcing to you to lift weight for the sake of it, as some PT's seem to think is the only way of training. Through the programs Harry has designed, he has kept me active and working round my injuries and I am actually the strongest I have been in my life! Highly recommend, you will not be disappointed.
