        I have been doing sunrise yoga classes with Meraki since May 2018. The classes are the best I have been to yet in Guildford, with a friendly atmosphere and a fantastic teacher! The class has plenty of modifications and Amy is always helping with position and alignment to help you get the most from your practice. I have also just started HIIT which is nowhere near as terrifying as I thought it would be! Again, Amy and Mark have modifications for all levels of fitness and the class is suitable for all and really fun! I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Meraki classes.

        I joined the Meraki Fit bootcamp and Hatton boxing on Sat. Got a great workout, lovely people and had fun. Will be going again.
