Carly is a total legend. I said Ive never run an ultra marathon (because I didnt know how to fit the training in and I didnt know if I could complete one). Now Ive completed an ultra and have signed up for another. This wouldnt have been possible without Carlys support, encouragement and flexible training plan. Not only is Carly really fun to train with, she is also kind, thoughtful and knowledgable. I cant recommend her 1:1 sessions enough. Theyre the highlight of my week and it is clear how much preparation goes into each one. Her online HIIT classes are also a fantastic way to get a midweek boost from home.

Carly has the great gift of being super knowledgeable AND great at listening to what youre saying (or sometimes, not saying). Shes a fantastic PT with a great sense of humour (and smile!) and is always encouraging me to do that extra bit that I cant be bothered to do while not bullying me into doing something I dont want to do! She is my go to person on all aspects of womens fitness.

I cannot begin to tell you how fantastic Carly is at what she does. She creates unique and enjoyable sessions tailored to your individual needs. She always offers alternatives if you have any injuries, never pushes you beyond what she knows you're capable of and I always leave with a smile on my face! Carly's knowledge is phenomenal and her kind and caring nature really shine through. She's fun to be around and I fully intend to train with her for years to come. Thank you helping me to love exercise and look forward to each session!

I have been training with Carly for some years now, from her HIIT sessions in the park, online and more recently PT sessions with 2 friends. Carly is amazing and has been instrumental in helping me learn to love exercise - with the focus on how it makes me feel and also in terms of future-proofing my body for the years ahead! PT sessions with Carly were always the highlight of my week, she has a way of pushing you beyond what you think you can achieve. She offered advice on other areas such as sleep, and always checked in between sessions to motivate and encourage. Our sessions were tailored to suit the needs of each of us, and they were always so well planned and thought out. I feel stronger now in my 40s than I ever have and cannot thank Carly enough for all she has done for me - in terms of my fitness and my mental health .

I have attended Carly's online HIIT classes for about 6 months now. They are always varied and you take it at your own pace but Carly is always there to motivate you. As a teacher in her 50s, these classes have helped me stay fit and well during term time. I would recommend them to anyone.
