        Never been/bought Jo Malone products. As my birthday is Thursday my friend recommended Jo Malone. My husband was buying the present for me. But I needed to choose. Jackie at Guildford branch helped me. She was so helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. I knew what I didn't like but not what I wanted She was very patient and hauled out lots of lovely smelling products . I settled on one . It was packaged with a sample of my next purchase. It was a really pleasant experience. Thanks Jackie. Highly recommended.

        We visited JM in Guildford today to find a new scent for my wedding. The staff were phenomenal and the assistant who served us (I think named Katie), was so amazing and helped us to find exactly what I wanted, by blind smell tests. We bought what we went in for, and also came away with a few samples. We definitely plan to return again just lovely! Thanks so much
