Although the prices are on the more expensive side, I have confidence in the product. A lovely member of staff named Charles served me. He was extremely knowledgeable, had a good sense of humour and was just lovely. I have been to this shop once before and had a very positive experience. Their shop in Winchester is just as excellent. The layout of the shop is pragamatic, clean and neat. I plan to return to the shop because I like the clothing and the levels of customer service are excellent. ***We attended this place recently and once again, Charles was friendly, helpful and really knew about the clothing. He was able to make recommendations which made sense and he clearly was enthusiastic. Furthermore, it was lovely to see that he was dressed in the clothing that came from the shop. Really friendly and knowledgeable staff with fantastic service. Not the cheapest place but the quality is outstanding and definitely worth the money. Ask for Charles or Kieran and they'll be able to help with whatever you're looking for.
