        Simply Outstanding! Clinton is a walking encyclopaedia of glasses his ability to help you choose the correct frame and lens combination is unprecedented. The staff are more than happy to share their time with you so take your time there is no need to rush. Sam the optician is great; friendly, patient and diligent in ensuring the correct prescription as well as providing top tips for eye care.

        Dreadful after-sales customer service. Despite me on multiple occasions calling and emailing Ive still to receive my glasses back, or an apology explaining whats going on. Its now nearly two months after returning the incorrectly supplied specs to store.

        Came in on the 1st of February and managed to get a stellar pair of glasses. Lovely gentleman by the name of Clinton helped me find the right pair to suit my face shape and my personal criteria. Both I and my girlfriend loved the choice made, wide selection and fantastic service. Would recommend 100%.
