        I found Sam just before my Grade 8 Drumming exam this October. At that time, I wasn't sure whether I was ready or not, and I didn't have enough time (about a month) to check the detailed elements. Sam kindly figured out what needs to be prepared more, and gave me an optimised lesson. Also, he gave me lots of good tips what to do in testing environment especially in mind-set aspect (e.g. Relax and concentrate etc). I followed up all his method and advice, and finally, thanks to his help, I got a Merit in the exam (My goal was 'Pass'). I highly appreciate his great teaching and professional advice although we had a short term to make it. If you are preparing Grade Exam, I highly recommend him for your tutor. Thank you.

        Sam has been a fantastic electric guitar instructor for our nine year old. He is great with kids and has a real eye for detail. He also knows how to keep the lessons interesting!
