Probably the best car buying experience Ive ever had! Friendly staff with good knowledge, excellent customer service and after sales, we had an issue and Martin and Estelle resolved it quickly and with compassion. Id highly recommend them to anyone looking for a used EV and will be definitely using them again in the future.

We recently visited the Guildford branch of EV Experts as a family, looking to take our first EV steps. The place was easy to find and looked well-maintained. The main thing we were impressed by however was the very welcoming and friendly attitude from everyone we met. No pressure to buy, knowledgable salesman on the forecourt and a very relaxed look around some of the cars. A very family-friendly place, our children were even able to look at books in the office whilst we had a browse. A pleasure to visit!

I dont buy a car very often, but when I do I dread it. Haggling, the sense of being taken for a mug, etc etc. With absolutely no hesitation, I can honestly say that my experience here was totally different. I walked away feeling supported and that the deal we had reached was fair and most importantly the experience and the car was first class. 6 stars if I could! Thank you very much

EV Experts are very knowledgeable about electric vehicles and provide excellent advise. Their customer service is excellent. I was extremely impressed and I recommend them highly.

I bought my first electric car earlier this year from EV Experts and I could not be happier. I felt listened to, I was given excellent advice and I didn't feel pressured at all. I've had the car a few months now, it's been serviced and all is well. I don't think I'll be buying cars from anyone else in future.
