Lauren was patient, insightful, organised and on hand picking up calls every time and answering emails within the same day. If you are a first time buyer and unsure where to start, I could not recommend Lauren & Heritage enough.

I cannot recommend Heritage enough! This is the 3rd time using them, previously I used Jessica but she was on maternity leave this time so I was referred to Rohan who went above and beyond in everything to try and find me the best possible deal to suit my circumstances. He was always available via email and phone and responded to any questions promptly and kept my mind at ease throughout what was a stressful process! Also shout out to Charlotte for providing me with Life insurance quotes and again was always on hand to help and support! They are a great team and I would never use anyone else.
