        My phone just died completely and I had to take it in. I was very hopeful about the shop but soon learned that their customer service is shocking. Every time I wanted information or updates about my phone, I was told they would get back to me, this happened for almost 3 weeks! No emails no calls. The phone was given back to me they as they couldn't fix it, which is fair enough. But the screen protector was then cracked and the phone was filthy. Definitely would never go back there for anything.

        Excellent service - went in with a charging problem on my phone - turned out to be due to dirt in the charger port. They cleaned it up for me FOC, I suspect other shops might have tried to convince me to replace the part. Will definitely use these guys again
