        Optical Express Guildford is an extremely professional eye clinic, very good service & pleasant staff! A little hard to find if you dont know Guildford well, turn into Milkhouse Gate on foot from Sydenham Road and the clinic is about 50yds directly in front of you in a modern building, I have been a patient of Optical Express for a great number of years and have had absolutely no reason to leave them, this branch is nearer to where I now reside so it is much more convenient for me, still the usual great service.

        Excellent service all round. Andrea on reception is very welcoming and informative. The whole team have been very patient and answered all my questions in great detail. I am extremely confident in recommending Optical Express in Guildford. The lens replacement surgery I had has been the best thing I've ever done.

        I came three months ago to the optical express in Guildford for Lasek treatment. My surgery took place in Reading, and the staff were excellent and very informative throughout. I can not express enough gratitude to Andrea in Guilford, who looked after me through the entire duration, including post-operative care of my treatment. Her customer service goes well beyond any job description. Andrea dealt with everything so efficiently and quickly that I felt comfortable proceeding with using their services. She put me at ease and managed my expectations to such a high level I wish I had done this long ago. The whole experience exceeded my expectations. My surgery went very well, and I couldn't have asked for better vision 20/16!
