I was referred to Fastlane Paint and Body via my mate who done their car repaired. I needed a bodywork repair to my Jaguar Ipace. The service I received from Fastlane was 5 stars. Micheal Turner who I dealt with was excellent. He explained the process carefully, managed my expectations from the outset, and kept me updated on the progress of my repair. The repair job that the team performed, which was a new rear door being fitted is first class. I am so pleased with the finished result. Could not recommend it highly enough. Service: Body & Trim

Following a no fault accident on 13 August 2022 where a third party and their insurer admitted responsibility for the accident and accepted liability for the repair work Fastlane were instructed to carry out the repairs to restore my car to the condition before the accident. Previously my insurers selected one of their approved repairers to repair my car, which delayed instructing Fastlane until 13 December 2022. The approved repairers made two attempts to repair the car, but were either unwilling (or unable) to restore the car to the condition before the accident. Fastlane were able to start work on repairing my car on 26th January 2023, and returned the car on 07 March 2023. The longer than anticipated repair was partly due to further deficiencies discovered in the repairs carried out by the approved repairer, which were not apparent until the replacement panels were being fitted to the car. The work carried out by Fastlane is very good, the panels line up, and the paintwork is as good as the original paint on the undamaged areas of the car. Fastlane kept me informed about progress as the repairs were being carried out. In summary, if you want your car repaired to the condition it was before the accident choose Fastlane in Guildford. If you would prefer a shoddy repair where it is obvious the car has been involved in an accident, with un-necessary delays and poor communications then let your insurer choose their approved repairer. Do not believe anything your insurer say about the location of the repairer being closest to your home, will collect and return your vehicle, or carry out quality repairs.
