Having rented from Martin & Co for a while now we are pleasantly surprised at how responsive and helpful their team are at any issues we raise. We are used to lots of different agents in London, with a great sales team and a non existent maintenance team, but can honestly say the team here actually listen & get things sorted. Really appreciate their help & everyone we have met so far, Abi, Richard, Evita (and ones we havent met yet but do help a lot (Felicity) thank you! We appreciate it! X

Martin & Co offered a great service from the start of our tenancy right through to the end two years later. Thorough and professional service, quick to respond to questions or issues. We rented in the Guildford area for over 10 years and they are head and shoulders above other letting agents in the area. Would fully recommend.

Martin&Co were extremely helpful during the whole tenancy, which lasted for 4 years and just because of them. From the first viewing with Richard Neale, to dealing with Abigail, Felicity, Carrie, Linda and the rest of the team, I would have no hesitation in recommening you as a letting agency. We will miss Richard terribly, the most helpful, friendly, courteous, and clearly committed individual. He was always there for us, answering our questions and helping us with everything we needed.
