It was so refreshing to deal with a team who were so attentive and professional. Always responsive at the end of the phone or an email and they still are further down the line when you have a question! They take all the stress out of managing a project and nothing is too much trouble. Highly organised with regular updates on progress. What a brilliant company to deal with! Attentive, professional and friendly approach throughout our kitchen refurbishment project. Saffron replaced the doors on our existing kitchen units and also laid new floor and wall tiles and from initial consultation to final fix we had every confidence in the team working on our kitchen. All queries were responded to quickly and the workmanship of the friendly team was second to none. Communication was excellent and we were made to feel that our job really mattered. We are delighted with the finished result and would not hesitate to use this company again or to recommend them to family, friends or anyone looking for a reliable company to entrust their project to.
