We met Tom to discuss acquiring a watch for my wifes birthday. Tom sat us down, was very knowledgeable and took his time to show us different watches. He got the watch my wife really wanted and it was the day before her birthday which was amazing! We could not thank him enough.

Made a visit today to register interest in something special, I was greeted at the door by a wonderful and very professional young lady. She passed me over to Drew, the specialist in what I was after. What a pleasant gentleman, he talked me through the buying experience and showed me alternatives that I may like and explained the differences. As a rare treat he showed my wife something even more special ( way above my price range) this really was something Drew, thank you so much. This is a fantastic experience that you do not get every day. I will be back in due course as and when I receive confirmation the item is available.

I cannot thank or praise Manisha of the Guildford Prestons enough for making my watch purchase a prompt and hassle free experience. I went in and spoke to her about a watch i was interested in, she was extremely attentive and offered great advice all while delivering an excellent level of customer service. We went through several different configurations and after a bit of deliberation settled on the perfect watch. Once the watch became available Manisha called me and invited me to come in to view and size the watch which was another awesome experience. Im already looking forward to my next watch purchase from Manisha!
