Mel has been nothing short of amazing. From our first viewing til getting the keys he has offered a very high standard throughout. During difficult situations he showed great support and ensured all challenges were overcome. I couldnt recommend Hipps/Mel enough. Thank you so much

We wanted to write this review after dealing with Mel for a number of years now. My wife and I purchased our house through Hipps back in 2017, with Mel then selling it for us recently in 2022. Mel has been fantastic to deal with over the years, his knowledge of the Guildford market is second to none and he is always happy to take a call and offer his advice in a straightforward way. We've dealt with many estate agents during this time; Mel is hands down the best by far - he's not pushy, doesn't play games, is big on open/honest communication and overall, a really good guy. Even during a difficult market he's stayed positive and has always offered advice that is best for us as the customer, not just so he can make a quick sale.
