Chantries and Pewleys have given excellent service dealing with the sale of our house particularly Pippa who has been brilliant! She has been so helpful , friendly and reassuring always keeping us updated and responding promptly to all queries. Always professional and proactive , she worked tirelessly towards the end to overcome problems at the bottom of the chain and complete the sale. Thank you Pippa! Chantries & Pewleys are a different breed of agent, good, honest advice that is always in the best interests of their clients. I could not recommend them more highly and it has been a completely different experience having our property fully managed by them. Genuinely good people. We highly recommend using them.

We sold our property through Chantries & Pewleys earlier this year. They were extremely professional, proactive and great at communicating. We liked their selling strategy and they got us a great price for our property. We would definitely recommend them and would use them if we sell a property in the future.

We sold and purchased through Chantries & Pewleys Guildford office and would not hesitate to recommend them (and have done!) Having previously worked in estate agency ourselves, we have a (potentially frustrating!) insiders perspective of what makes a good agent and have been impressed by Chantries throughout. We contacted them with urgency having seen the onward purchase we wanted to secure . From the point of instruction our property was on the market incredibly fast. Within a matter of days they had arranged 27 viewings and secured us 13 fantastic offers - with a sale agreed above the guide price, meaning we could secure our onward purchase. Our chain was a little clunky and frustrating (no fault of Chantries) and Sophie and Chris were on hand to answer questions, reassure us and just to listen to us vent (sorry!) We have already recommended Chantries & Pewleys to friends who have gone on to instruct them and will not hesitate to recommend them again. Thank you!
