Pandora Guildford

Loved going into Guildford Pandora. Staff were so helpful, so refreshing as they were enthusiastic and couldn't do enough. Would highly recommend and I will definitely be returning.

Came in with my fiance on Saturday and was served by gypsy. Who we later found out was one of the managers. She was amazing! So helpful and knowledgeable. She was patient with us too as both me and my partner struggle with decisions and were in the store for like and hour and 10 minutes.

Went in for a click and collect order and found Very helpful and friendly staff who were more than happy to help and take their time going through everything to make sure it was all correct even tho store was very busy. Harrison was very patient and professional in dealing with my order which needed to be adjusted due to me ordering a charm twice by mistake.

We recently purchased 6 pink angel wing rings for our daughters and granddaughters, and received excellent service, the young lady who served us went above and beyond to make sure we picked them up at the same time, if this young lady ever leaves they will hard pressed to find another one like her, the lady in question is called Gypsy, very professional, polite and knowledgeable
