Agents from various branches of Romans have started, today, bombarding me with emails when I have never even made contact with them before, nor shown any interest in properties in the area. Judging by the fact none of the agents replied when asking them to remove me from their mailing list, can only assume they have acquired a mailing list illegally.

As a first time buyer I was very pleased with the service and support provided by Rhiannon and her team at Romans Guildford. Some organisations I've dealt with assume a level of familiarity with the process which simply doesn't apply as a first time buyer, but Rhiannon always took care to explain the stages involved, to keep me updated with progress from the seller, and to give me the occasional polite prod when I neglected to update them on my situation... Overall she helped make the whole process and straightforward and low-stress as it could be and I would happily recommend Romans Guildford to anyone.

We are amazed to see the high standards, honesty, professionalism and hard work of the Roman team throughout our purchase of our new home in Clandon.
