Josh was really good with us and has been the only estate agent weve come across that proactively looked for places for us. The market is very quick right now and we were looking everywhere we could and ended up finding the right place via a different agent but all the same, I would really recommend Josh and Foxtons. If you prefer the more personable approach rather than scrolling endlessly on zoopla then you should give this place a try.

I want to thank Foxtons team for helping me find and secure the accomodation. Diana, Emily, Matthew - thank you! I initially started the search in Croydon area, but then broadened it to Putney, and Diana kindly referred me to Emily. Emily went absolutely above and beyond sending me options and then eventually helping me secure a beautiful flat Im in now :) also, to point out, the process of signing lease and paperwork was very easy and straightforward. Great experience overall.

As a new migrant family from Hong Kong, rumour has it that it would not be easy to find a suitable dwelling in the UK and seemed to be somewhat of heading for trouble. In the light of this, it took a big leap of faith to decide to go with which estate agent. Luckily, we got off on the right foot and met Margot Redpath of Foxtons. After several long-distance touch bases encapsulating our home-searching requirements over the phone, Margot gave us a steer and also got us several my sort of thing in the vicinity of the ideal location for our viewing once we landed. Obviously she had done her homework screening out undesirables to save our time on any irrelevant properties that were actually too far away or ending up coughing up excessive amount of money we couldnt afford. The whole home-searching process was coming on apace in the right track on the trot. To our relief, our first UK house-hunting went off without a hitch. As a stranger here, it meant a lot to us!!! To make it happen, the unwavering support from Margot has much to commend it. Margot is our unsung heroine and would like to take this chance to express our eternal gratitude for all her help. We unreservedly recommend Margot to anyone looking for a property in Guildford, especially those laymen like us from abroad.

Huge thanks to James and Rory on the sale of my late mothers home. It was a niche property which had proved difficult for a number of agencies to attract interest. James worked hard at finding a buyer and securing the sale.
