awful. they were ready to let us move into a flat that had mould everywhere. if we hadnt had contacted the previous tenants, we never would have known the extent of the problem. luckily we got out of that. however, we then moved into another cavender property and the mould issue was horrendous. they blamed us for the issue, despite many others in the building having the exact same problem, the building smelling awfully and having fundamental issues. i implore you to avoid these estate agents at all costs, they made a year of my life absolutely terrible. my flat mate and i suspect we had mould poisoning
