When we found out we were going abroad for 2 years, we decided to rent out our property but were nervous about the whole process. We wanted to find an agency who would find reliable and good tenants to look after our home for this period. We were impressed by the professionalism and dedication of the team. Ben Hart was our main contact in the process and kept us updated on a regular basis. The communication was excellent despite the time difference! It is still early days to give feedback on the property management, but so far, we are satisfied, and Tia Manger looks well after our property. We highly recommend Hampton if you need peace of mind and a professional team to take care of your property.

Philip at Hamptons Guildford is exceptional. From the onset of a very tiresome and challenging process for my family and I, he offered hope and stability. Philip and his team are extremely professional and did a sterling job to get us into our new property during the Christmas/New Year holiday period. Nothing short of a miracle! His communication is A1 and I would always recommend him and his team to anyone looking for a new place. No challenge is too difficult or impossible.

Had an interesting experience a year ago with this agency. Short story long, did a virtual tour, passed the checks, secured with deposit, only to discover the flat had serious mold issues 2 weeks before moving in. Good handling of the case and accountability from the agency to cancel and refund then, but the inconvenience up to that point was undoubtedly a weighting factor. Would give them another chance, cause of the staff.
