It has not been smooth sailing with the chain and the people involved however Matthew Addison Smith has helped massively throughout, resolved matters and kept us updated during the process so huge thanks as we have now exchanged!

At Runnymede Homes we take enormous pride in our projects and Alvaston in Guildford is a particularly distinctive and special development. Dan Redmond and his colleagues have treated the marketing and sale of the 14 apartments at award-winning Alvaston with due care and priority.
