        Always cheerful, always knowledgeable and always friendly - even when they're really busy! I've been a customer here for years, and nothing is ever too much trouble! I'm disappointed to see some negative remarks - we are very lucky to have a good local shop these days. Keep up the good work..Thank you :)

        Incredibly rude staff in this shop , I merely opened the door to ask if they mended sewing machines and the woman didnt even get out of her chair but turned and yelled at me that the price was 100 + without even asking me what the problem was .I guess I should have apologised for interuppting her conversation with a colleague, but there is no way I will be using this shop for any of their services .ps I only gave one star because you cant post unless you do , but my rating is zero !
