Spaceways Storage By The Box

Spaceways has suprised me so much. Not only they collected and delivered the boxes on time, but also they were so kind and patient with me. They answered the phone very quickly, responded to whats app messages immediately and the driver was amazing. he waited until he found a slot to park then wentt and collected my stuff although i was not present there. AMAZING

Lovely service. Dan gave us a call in advance with the time he would be arriving, he was extremely nice and just very polite in general. Very refreshing to have this type of service.

Customer service is patient to answer my questions. And they do provide empty box if you dont have one. Dan delivered the box to my house on time, gave me phone call in advance, help me carried loads of empty boxes. He is very nice and helpful!

Spaceways was amazing! They made it so easy, I needed to store boxes just for a month between moving houses, and this service was perfect. Dan, the driver, did two pickups as my flat, and was so friendly and efficient. He handled all my things with care and gave me tips on how to best pack odd shaped items. Best moving experience Ive had. Joley in the front office was great at helping me coordinate two pickups and flexible with date changes. 5 stars!

So far so good. I will update the review upon delivery. Dan was the driver who was sent and Ive never been more surprised about how good the service was from a company- so patient and friendly. I had thought to do it myself and put my belongings in a storage facility, but the small extra cost of how accessible spaceways was,- providing boxes of really great size & a seamless delivery & collection was so valuable. No doubt will I be using these services again in the future.
